We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, laid-back space where everyone—from seasoned tabletop veterans to brand new hobbyists—can feel right at home. Our store offers a clean and chill aesthetic, with cozy corners to browse and explore, and the soothing backdrop of classic jazz tunes to keep things mellow while you shop, play, or just hang out. Whether you're here for a tournament or just to talk shop, our friendly, knowledgeable staff are always ready to help you find your next favorite game or piece of gear.

At Never Bored Games, our Calendar of Events is your gateway to all things exciting and interactive. We host regular meetups and tournaments for a variety of games, including a rapidly growing Magic: The Gathering community, passionate Pokémon trainers, and deeply immersed Dungeons & Dragons enthusiasts. Our game room is where the magic happens—literally and figuratively—with space for all kinds of events, including card game tournaments, RPG sessions, board game nights, and more. It's also available for private rentals, perfect for birthday parties, family gatherings, or even an office holiday party. No matter the occasion, we’ve got the space, the vibe, and the games to make it memorable.

Our store offers a carefully curated selection of items that cater to players and collectors alike. We specialize in retro video games, including classics from the Xbox 360, PS3, and earlier eras, along with accessories to keep your favorite consoles running strong. Our board game wall features titles for every age and skill level—whether you're introducing your kids to tabletop gaming or challenging your friends with a strategy-heavy epic. For the tabletop RPG lovers out there, we carry a broad selection of rulebooks, campaign supplements, dice sets, trays, and all the accessories you need to bring your world to life.

Never Bored Games is also proud to offer an ever-expanding card game selection. In addition to Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering, we stock newer and niche titles like Flesh and Blood, Disney Lorcana, Star Wars Unlimited, and Alpha Clash. Whether you’re a collector, competitive player, or casual deck-builder, there’s something for you on our shelves. And as our player base grows, so does our inventory—reflecting our commitment to building a diverse and thriving community of card game fans.

One of our proudest features is our support for local artists and artisans. As soon as you walk through our doors, you'll see our Local Arts Display Shelf, showcasing incredible handmade items from right here in the Norwalk and central Iowa area. From handcrafted dice bags and jewelry to custom-made dice sets and other creative treasures, it's our way of giving back to the creative community that gives so much to us. We believe in lifting up the talent around us and creating a space where artistry and gaming collide.

<We also offer—or will soon offer—a range of extra services to make your experience even better. These include bulk card grading through PSA, disc cleaning and repair, retro console repairs, and GameBoy/GBA cartridge battery replacement. Whether you're looking to preserve your collection, breathe life into your vintage gear, or fix a favorite game, we've got your back. We know your time is valuable, and we’ve set our hours to give you plenty of opportunities to stop in, hang out, and enjoy everything Never Bored Games has to offer. We're open Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Sunday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Whether you're looking to swing by after school or work, or you're planning a weekend game night with friends, we’ve got the time slots to fit your schedule. We are closed on Mondays to reset, restock, and recharge so we can continue delivering the best possible experience to our community the rest of the week.
